At ChristWay, our aim is to offer individuals a map for spiritual growth, rather than simply presenting them with a menu of various ministry involvements. This is why we created the ChristWay Discipleship Pathway.
The ChristWay Discipleship Pathway is an intentional process that supports our vision, creates clarity and alignment between ministries, assists individuals in identifying their current step and their next step, and transitions individuals from being participants to actively owning their ministry.
