The Orthodox Church is the national religion of Bulgaria, but it’s a mixture of tradition and paganism and few people actually practice it. But they aren’t observing any other religion either. Less than 2% of the population of this former communist country is considered to be evangelical Christian and they are seen as part of a cult by most. But every day God is at work in this region, as young men and women are being touched by the message of Jesus Christ.

Options for ministry in Bulgaria include helping with the outreach event of summer camp for teens in Banya or discipling youth through an intense academy.
