Growing up in Indiana, Marcy’s passion for being part of the local church became very apparent. ChristWay became a second home as she attended and graduated from Lee University with a B.S. in Discipleship Ministries. She began her time on staff at ChristWay as a student ministry intern, then had incredible opportunity to be part of the children’s ministry team. While on staff, she has found a deep love for empowering leaders and seeing others connected. Marcy is also a big believer in generously giving out gold stars, and having confetti and fireworks as part of every day life.
