Rachel Schrock grew up in a very small but busy church in northern Florida, the youngest in a musical family.  She met her future husband Chad while attending youth camp and they married at the tender age of twenty-one.  The years brought growth and new places until God brought them here to settle in Tennessee in 2010.  She earned her Bachelor degree along the way from Eastern Mennonite University, where she majored in Liberal Arts with Theater, Art & Psychology minors.  In 2011, they became partners here at Christway and Rachel immediately became a regular volunteer band member.  She joined staff part-time as an Assistant Worship Leader in 2015 and has never enjoyed a “job” so much as this!  She completely delights in worshipping with God’s people, finding that—despite the brokenness throwing our worlds out of whack—worship still seems to set things in their “rightful place.”
