Selena is originally from Rome, Georgia, and graduated from Lee University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Bible. She also studied cardiovascular sonography, blending her heart for care with professional training. She and her husband, a proud veteran, have been married for 15 years and are raising two children. After moving from Washington, D.C. in 2018, their family began attending ChristWAy Church. In April 2023, Selena started volunteering, and when she saw the vision for a special needs ministry, she immediately felt called to help create a supportive space where every individual and family feels valued and welcome.
